«Армада Мото Україна» provides exchange and return of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”

• Terms of exchange and return

• Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
• Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

• You can exchange or return the product if:

• - the product was not in use and has no traces of use (scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.);
• - the goods are complete and the original packaging is intact;
• - all tags, labels and factory markings are saved;
• - preserved presentation and consumer properties;
• - all supporting documents are available (bill of lading, warranty card);
• - no registration documents were drawn up for the equipment.

• Important

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the company has the right to refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality, if they are included in the List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged, approved by the current legislation.

• Refunds

Refunds are made on the day the goods are returned or within 5 business days if there are no funds at the cash desk at the time of the request.

We recommend that you bring an identity document with you.

ATTENTION! Please carefully check the integrity, completeness and appearance of the goods upon receipt!
The company is not responsible for possible damage or loss of components during delivery by the transport company.
Upon receipt of the goods from the carrier's warehouse, no claims regarding the appearance and configuration are accepted.
