Delivery

• Basic terms of delivery:

• Motor vehicles are shipped without gasoline and with the battery disconnected;
• Documents for registration are sent in a separate parcel for security reasons;
• We are not responsible for the quality of work of courier services. Be sure to check the integrity of the parcel upon receipt.

• Delivery by courier services (Nova Poshta, Delivery):

Delivery is carried out within a few business days to the address you specified or to a Nova Poshta/Delivery branch in your city. When ordering a delivery with the “Payment upon receipt” service, the cost of delivery and refund is calculated according to the tariffs of the services and paid separately.

• Pickup:

You can pick up the equipment from our warehouse yourself.

• Delivery by third-party carriers:

Delivery is carried out within a few business days to the address you specify in your city by companies providing transportation services.
