The importer guarantees the proper operation of the equipment sold under the ArmadaMoto brand, provided that the consumer complies with the rules of operation, storage and maintenance.
The warranty is valid only for equipment purchased at authorized points of sale, as evidenced by a warranty card or sales receipt.
• Objects of the warranty:
- motorcycles
- scooters
- ATVs
- electric scooters
- electric tricycles
- gasoline tricycles
- electric ATVs
- internal combustion engines (ICE)
• Warranty period
For motorcycles and scooters - 24 months or 12 thousand kilometers (whichever comes first);
For electric scooters, electric bicycles, electric tricycles and ATVs - 12 months or 2000 km;
For ATVs - 12 months or 8 thousand kilometers;
Batteries, chargers, and consumables are guaranteed for 6 months.
• Warranty conditions
Free repair or replacement of a defective part during the warranty period;
Repairs are carried out by authorized services or by agreement - in the services of partners;
Replacement of parts does not extend the total warranty period;
In case of equipment replacement - a new warranty for the remaining period.
• The warranty does not apply to:
- violation of operating rules;
- damage as a result of road accidents or natural disasters;
- interference from unauthorized services;
- Use of non-original spare parts or design changes;
- lack of regular maintenance or its documentary evidence;
- Natural wear and tear of consumables (tires, pads, lamps, filters, etc.).
• Maintenance requirements:
First MOT - after 300 km, but no later than 30 days after purchase;
Further maintenance - according to the service book;
Lack of confirmation of maintenance is grounds for refusal of the warranty.
• Other provisions:
The importer may change the warranty conditions without notice - the conditions at the time of purchase apply;
Disputes are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
